Wes began his work in the non profit sector in 2004, raising financial support, training staff, volunteers and speaking nationally.

Through his nonprofit background, coupled with over 20 years experience in the for profit sector of building teams that last, overseeing organizational growth, and creating long term financial strategies, he has developed a very distinct perspective. He is uniquely positioned and experienced to help both high net worth individuals and non profits clients. 

Coupled with his years of experience in business, he also has continued to work in the non-profit arena as a pastor, as well as serving on multiple boards and advising non profits organizations. His passion to serve people and help communities in a practical way led him to see the need for financial education.

He and his team are the advisors for all things financial for people and organizations who want to grow their wealth and live generously. 

Wes, his wife and two children, live in Los Angeles. He enjoys travel, sharing a meal with friends and a great story.
